Forming Technology
Our forgings meet the highest quality requirements for a wide range of applications, from the simple forging blank to the mechanically machined, ready-to-install component. From our wide range of forming techniques, we select the most economical and efficient manufacturing processes for your product.
We have the know-how and a machine park for drop forgings and hot extrusion parts, fine forgings, upsetting parts in partial or complete forming. The wide range of processes enables us to fulfil almost all customer requirements that can be implemented using forging technology. We have the necessary capacities for the production of large series, but we are also available to you for the development of prototypes or the realization of small quantities with our complete expertise and technical equipment.
Heat treatment
External, accredited service providers in the immediate vicinity are available to support us in checking the mechanical properties produced by our internal laboratory. This allows short analysis periods and fast communication of results. Traceability is our top priority.
Finishing and friction welding
Components can be joined by friction welding on various machines. This opens up completely new design possibilities for the forged parts to be joined. The proper condition of the components before dispatch is ensured by means of recognized crack testing methods. Specially trained and qualified specialists are used for this purpose.
Mechanical processing
The most modern CNC measuring machines and scanners are available for checking the parts. Take advantage of the wide range of our processes and production possibilities including partial assembly or ready-to-install assembly of entire components as well as deliveries in just-in-time mode. This not only reduces your storage costs, but also increases your flexibility and saves investments in your own production facilities.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT
To ensure that this remains the case in the future, we work closely with colleges, universities and the Fraunhofer Institute. Our quality assurance system ensures that our products are permanently tested. In order to reliably meet the highest standards, we use the most modern, state-of-the-art testing techniques and procedures, including in-process testing. Strict criteria of laboratory, incoming, production and final inspection guarantee maximum safety and highest quality.
